This depends on the patient that one is attending to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Out patient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When attending to out patient, the panel to access is OP Doctor panel. To do that follow the following steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the OP Doctor Panel, on the left Menu<\/li><li>From the window that appears, click the Enter button<\/li><li>Enter the patient number and press enter on keyboard. ( always confirm that the bio data displayed is for the patient that you are attending to.)<\/li><li>Click the diagnosis Tab ( from here you can enter all the initial complains and diagnosis \/ impression )<\/li><li>Once all information has been entered, Click the update file<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A confirmation message, will be displayed that confirms successful update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In Patient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When attending to In-patient, click the IP Doctor panel. To do that follow the following steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the IP Doctor Panel, on the left Menu<\/li><li>From the window that appears, click the Enter button<\/li><li>Enter the patient number and press enter on keyboard. To do that follow the following steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the Maternity Panel, on the left Menu<\/li><li>click the Maternity file link<\/li><li>From the window that appears, click the Enter button<\/li><li>Enter the patient number and press enter on keyboard.
