From the window that appears follow the following steps to register new patient<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the New registration button &#8211; system generates patient number and prints receipt. <\/li><li>Send patient to records office to have their data captures<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Records office<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If patient was issued with number from revenue, follow the these steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enter the patient record number and patient number. The two has to match, before you can enter other details<\/li><li>Enter patient bio data that are required. It&#8217;s important to capture accurate data from the patient<\/li><li>capture bio-metric data or exempt where not applicable<\/li><li>Choose the clinician available by clicking on the list<\/li><li>click save\/update.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point the system will generate a receipt with patient bio data. Issue this receipt to patient,  and send the patient to doctor&#8217;s room  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>if you are issuing patient number at record office<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>click add new<\/li><li> Enter patient bio data that are required.
