What’s the unit services? unit services refers to all services that are payable or that are issued to patient to be paid in cash or credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This includes all free services for records purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To enter unit services, follow the following steps;
From the left panel click, OP Doctor for Outpatient and IP Doctor for Inpatient. From the window that appears follow these steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Click enter
2. Enter the patient number and press the enter key
3. Confirm patient details as shown <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entering unit services<\/strong>
Click the Unit service Tab
> From the unit service Drop down menu, choose the section and click or press enter key
> Once the services are displayed, choose the service you want to issue to patient and click the Give>> service button.
>Confirmation notification will display and service entered displayed on right panel of the screen
>To issue multiple services, follow the same procedure and give>>
Reverse the Wrong Prescription<\/strong>
<\/strong>If the <\/strong>wrong prescription is issued, Choose the service from the list displayed, and click <<Return button. If needed enter the reason for reverse and Wait for approval to be done.
