To enter Clinical notes, follow the following steps;
From the left panel click, OP Doctor for Outpatient and IP Doctor for Inpatient. From the window that appears follow these steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Click enter
2. Enter the patient number and press the enter key
3. Confirm patient details as shown <\/p>\n\n\n

Entering Clinical notes<\/strong>
Click the clinical notes tab, and click add New button
> Type the notes, maximum characters display at the screen\u00a0
> Press the Save button\/ Update file
Thats it.
