To enter today’s diagnosis, follow the following steps;
From the left panel click, OP Doctor for Outpatient and IP Doctor for Inpatient. From the window that appears follow these steps
1. Click enter
2. Enter the patient number and press the enter key
3. Confirm patient details as shown
Entering Diagnosis
Click the diagnosis Tab, and once displayed enter the fields that are required.
1. When choosing a diagnosis, type the diagnosis name and press enter key. The list of diagnoses shall appear.
2. from the list the initial or confirmed diagnosis,
3. Once completed click the update file button
4. Notification shall display indicating success.
