Registration In-patient

To Register in patient follow the following steps.

General Patient

All patients registered as in-patient, must have an out-patient Number. This however does not apply to patients that go to maternity direct.

  1. Click on the Admissions / IP Registration on the left panel
  2. Click the Add New
  3. Enter the IP number and press enter Key ( if applicable )
  4. Enter all the details that are required
  5. Click the Save / Update

A confirmation message will be displayed, that patient has been Admitted

Maternity Admission

When admitting patients to maternity follow the following steps

  1. Click on the Admissions / IP Registration on the left panel
  2. Click the Add New
  3. Enter all the details that are required
  4. Click the Save / Update

You will have a confirmation message, that patient has been admitted
