To Register in patient follow the following steps.
General Patient
All patients registered as in-patient, must have an out-patient Number. This however does not apply to patients that go to maternity direct.
- Click on the Admissions / IP Registration on the left panel
- Click the Add New
- Enter the IP number and press enter Key ( if applicable )
- Enter all the details that are required
- Click the Save / Update
A confirmation message will be displayed, that patient has been Admitted
Maternity Admission
When admitting patients to maternity follow the following steps
- Click on the Admissions / IP Registration on the left panel
- Click the Add New
- Enter all the details that are required
- Click the Save / Update
You will have a confirmation message, that patient has been admitted
