Revisit registration

Patients who visit the hospital more than once within the same year are considered as revisit. Revisit is done in two ways

From Revenue Office

On revenue screen

1. Click revisit button, from the screen that appears
2. Search patient by the parameters given, once found click the patients first record on list
3. Click revisit, once successful the system will print a re-visit receipt with patient bio-data
4. Send patient to doctor

From Record office

At records office, these are the steps you follow;

1. Click search button, from window that appears
2. Search patient by the parameters given, once found click the patients first record on list
3. Click revisit, once successful the system will print a re-visit receipt with patient bio-data
4. Send patient to doctor
